A personal landscape of a white place: Vermont in January. One hour, durational one-night performance. Five-day installation (January 2007).
A site-specific installation and performance upstairs in the Schultz Sculpture building at the Vermont Studio Center. Wood chips, wood blocks, typewriter, lamp, dusty florescent light bulb, shifu, clamp, handmade paper, thread, sheets, chair, door, sewing machine, live violin.
The repeated words in three corners: "head" and "pulse." Originally performed in near darkness. Scent: butternut logs.
